Nexthink Achieves TX-RAMP Certification for Infinity Platform
Austin, TX – 1st August, 2025 – Nexthink, the global leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management, today announced that its cloud platform, Nexthink Infinity, has officially received TX-RAMP Level 1 certification from the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). This certification validates that Nexthink Infinity meets the rigorous data security and risk assessment requirements defined by the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP). With this approval, Nexthink can now be procured by Texas state agencies, higher education institutions, and local government entities without requiring additional security reviews.
The certification reinforces Nexthink’s commitment to supporting government organizations at all levels. This achievement follows the company’s recent recognition as the first DEX platform to achieve the FedRAMP® 'In Process' designation and the launch of Nexthink Infinity for Government on the AWS Marketplace. Moreover, with Nexthink Adopt soon to be made available for government organizations, Nexthink ensures that all public sector bodies will not only be able to deploy cutting edge DEX solutions, but also ensure secure, scalable, and successful software rollouts for every web-based application.
“The on-going digital transformation of Texas’ public sector IT environments is crucial if Texans are to have access to the quality of digital services they deserve,” said Jason Lovitt, Public Sector AE at Nexthink. “Achieving TX-RAMP certification means we’re able to support that transformation and we’re proud to be helping state and local organizations proactively manage IT performance, elevate the digital experience for employees, and deliver more efficient public services.”
