Nexthink Certified as Customer Favorable by TermScout in the Experience Management Software Category
BOSTON / LAUSANNE — March 13, 2024 – Nexthink today announced its Main Service Agreement was certified as Customer Favorable by TermScout, an independent contract rating agency, in the Experience Management Software category. The certification is based off of an industry-leading, third-party review of Nexthink’s Information Technology contracting and licensing program for enterprise customers.
Nexthink placed in the highest bracket, ranking in the top 14% of all IT vendors for its documentation standards. TermScout noted Nexthink’s ease of use, transparency, and customer favorable approach in its review.
Nexthink’s Main Services Agreement was reviewed by TermScout alongside its supporting documentation, such as the information security agreement and its support and services agreements. Nexthink’s documentation supports its many products and services, and is backed by third party audit processes and certifications, including ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701 as well as SOC 2 Type 2 designations.
