Description
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) score
DEX refers to an employee's ability to get things done by interacting with the IT environment in an enjoyable and effective manner. It is the cumulation of events and touchpoints with IT that impacts an employee's perception of it.
By using hard data retrieved from endpoints, and sentiment data collected via a survey, the DEX score provides a simple, yet actionable way to monitor the real experience of employees in their digital workplace and identifies opportunities for improvements.
DEX score checklist
The DEX score checklist provides a simple view of a single device's DEX score directly from your troubleshooting platform. Once installed, the checklist will be accessible in Device View and Amplify.
From these high-level scores, a support agent can get a rapid understanding of not only a device's health but also an employee's overall experience with their devices.
