Nexthink Achieves FedRAMP “In Process” Designation
We are proud to announce a significant advancement in our commitment to serving the US federal market – Nexthink is now listed as “In Process” in the FedRAMP marketplace.
To achieve this, we have been working closely with our federal consultant Quzara, to complete a rigorous security assessment. Through this process, we're implementing hundreds of required controls to meet the highest standards of cloud security.
As the most comprehensive digital employee experience (DEX) solution available to federal agencies, this marks a major milestone in the evolution of federal digital workspaces and government efficiency.
What is FedRAMP and Why Does it Matter?
FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) is the U.S. government’s most rigorous cloud security authorization framework. It is a government-wide program that provides a standardized and reusable approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services.
Achieving “In Process” status means Nexthink is well on its way to meeting the full FedRAMP Moderate standard – required for systems that handle sensitive government data.
Key Benefits of FedRAMP:
- Reduces burden on federal IT teams
- Ensures compliance with NIST SP 800-53 standards
- Promotes cloud adoption with confidence
It ensures that cloud products and services adopted by federal agencies meet strict security
requirements to protect federal data. To achieve FedRAMP Moderate authorization, we have hardened the Infinity platform, empowering IT teams to gain deep visibility, proactively resolve issues, and continuously enhance the digital workplace within a secure and compliant environment.
Why is Nexthink the Unparalleled DEX Partner for Federal Agencies?
Agencies face a range of complex challenges including application instability, network
connectivity issues, and resource-heavy endpoint agents, all of which undermine productivity and hinder government teams from effectively carrying out their vital missions.
On average, public sector employers lose nearly 2,000 more hours per week than other industries due to poor DEX. This results in thousands of hours wasted each week troubleshooting failed connections, crashes, and spotty networks. The need for enhanced, reliable digital experiences in the public sector has never been more urgent.
With Nexthink Infinity for Government, agencies benefit from real-time diagnostics, automated remediation, and data-driven employee engagement, all while maintaining strict security standards.
With Nexthink, federal agencies can:
- Reduce IT operational effort and costs by streamlining workflows and increasing
- Proactively detect and resolve issues with unparalleled visibility, real-time insights and automated remediation
- Accelerate digital transformation through continuous experience optimization
- Measure and improve the digital employee experience to boost productivity and satisfaction
As a trusted partner to public sector organizations, the Infinity platform helps federal agencies build secure, modern digital workplaces to drive efficiency, resilience, and stronger measurable outcomes.
Looking Ahead on the FedRAMP Journey
Achieving the FedRAMP In-Process milestone is an important step in our ongoing commitment to government security. Today, we support over 11 government organizations, managing more than 300,000 endpoints.
Over the next year, we’re rapidly scaling to support 1.5 million endpoints, accelerating our mission to help every federal agency build a secure, high-performance digital workplace.
This achievement is just the beginning. We are deeply invested in strengthening our public sector partnerships and supporting every federal mission – across all branches and levels of government. We have a clear and ambitious roadmap to achieve full FedRAMP Moderate authorization by the end of this year.
