This Library pack is composed of a Remote Action script which analyzes Skype usage and sets up a diagnostic about that usage. Skype for Business Diagnostics

Creates a file with information about Skype for Business calls within the last 7 days and calculates metrics for the last day.

The script should be executed every 1 hour.

Minimum number of seconds to consider a call as a short call

Min seconds for call

Number of hours to consider an unfinished call as a dropped call

Num hours for timeout

Comma-separated list of IPv4 subnets to check if a call was made in a corporate network or externally. They must be listed in [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classless_Inter-Domain_Routing CIDR notation]. Provide "" to consider all the calls as made out of the office
