Nexthink Becomes XLA Institute Founding Member
BOSTON / LAUSANNE — 6 December, 2024 – Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management, today announces it has become a founding member of the XLA Institute to further the collective goal of improving technological productivity and innovation for all.
The XLA Institute is an open platform that enables organizations to increase their Experience Management (XM) capabilities by developing and promoting the effective adoption of principles and practices related to XM, Experience Level Agreements (XLA), and the ongoing development of the XLA Framework.
“It’s a privilege to be one of the founding members of the XLA Institute,” said Arnoud de Weijer, AVP, Northern Europe, Nexthink. “It’s no longer enough to simply check if an application is performing as expected, businesses need to understand all aspects of the end user experience. What are people doing in the app, how do they feel when using it, and what support do they need to have a better experience? Nexthink is at the forefront of helping organizations answer these questions, and our partnership with the XLA Institute is a key part of that.”
XLAs are emerging as a complement to traditional IT Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring that both technological output and user experience are being adequately measured. By shifting the focus from technology to people, XLAs allow organizations to better understanding the human element of their IT programmes, unlocking greater value for customers and employees alike.
“Having Nexthink on board is tremendously exciting for us,” said Arie Langerak, Founder, XLA Institute. “Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is foundational to any understanding of XM and, as shown by the recent Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave reports, Nexthink is the clear leader in the DEX space. Their expertise and capabilities will be invaluable in improving customer experience, business impact, and collaboration for all our members.”
