We are opening our summer internship program at DEX Frontier Labs. Join a team of builders and AI engineers building autonomous agents for enterprise IT, powered by data from over 25 million managed devices.

We build systems at the intersection of LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and enterprise IT: autonomous agents that can see, reason, and act across millions of endpoints. 

You will directly work with our research team, prototype fast, test ideas with production-grade environments and data, and ship what works.

We designed this program because the best ideas often come from curious people seeing a problem for the first time. After the internship, strong interns have a path to a full-time roles.

Lausanne, Switzerland. 3–6 months. Start between July and September 2026.

After the internship, strong interns have a path to a full-time roles.\nWhat we are looking for\nMaster's or PhD students (or recent graduates) in ML, CS, or related fields\nMastering core concepts of ML and AI & solid understanding of NLP and LLMs\nHands-on experience building and evaluating AI agents\nA builder and tinkerer’s mindset: you are independant and energized when the path forward is not obvious\nExcellent communication skills: structured, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences\nFamiliarity with Cloud (AWS) is a strong plus\nDetails\n \nLausanne, Switzerland. 3–6 months.
