VieCuri Medical Center Selects Nexthink to Improve Delivery of IT Projects and Transformations
IT Analytics to improve level of service to end-users and patients
The Netherlands – Nexthink®, the unique provider of End-user IT Analytics, today announced that VieCuri Medical Center has selected Nexthink to provide greater insight into its IT infrastructure, to improve efficiency and to deliver IT projects and transformations with increased end-user satisfaction.
VieCuri is a medical center in The Netherlands that covers a region of 280,000 citizens in the Southern part of the country. VieCuri delivers both general and specialized healthcare services and educates healthcare professionals. It employs more than 3,000 staff and has 450 hospital beds.
Nexthink V6 proactively monitors the entire IT infrastructure and reports on important end-user related events, such as performance issues, failures, crashes, and security issues. Nexthink’s real-time and historical record of the usage and performance of IT services from the end-user perspective provides IT organizations with unique visualizations and actionable insight. The implementation was done together with partner Ymor.
