Nexthink Showcases Future of Operationalized AI Workplaces at Experience ‘26
Boston, MA – 6 October 2026 – Nexthink, the global leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management, today announced its vision for the future of AI-powered workplaces which harmonizes employees, devices, applications, and agents for optimal productivity at the company’s flagship Experience event. In his keynote speech, Pedro Bados, CEO and co-founder of Nexthink demonstrated how the role of employees is changing from operators of technology to orchestrators of agents, and how that transition is changing IT departments from infrastructure providers into proactive protectors of digital spaces and experiences.
“The nature of work is evolving at an astonishing pace thanks to AI, which is changing the roles and expectations of employees, but the secret sauce is still human ingenuity,” Bados said. “Thriving in the AI era means giving workers the ability to focus on that big picture and developing creative strategies for success, supported by agents for the execution of day-to-day activity. But that can only work if the foundations are in place to enable humans and technology to operate seamlessly together. That means the challenge IT teams now face is not just being able to identify, understand, and resolve IT problems, it’s to reliably bring thousands of people, devices, and agents into unified harmony.”
To help meet these new demands, Bados’ keynote also unveiled several major additions to the Nexthink Infinity platform, focused around boosting enterprise security and IT teams synchronization and compliance capabilities. The newly announced features include:
- Nexthink Control: designed to help IT teams to automatically tailor compliance and patching prioritization based on user personas and relevant risk levels.
- Nexthink Tasks: enables agents to deliver predictable outcomes for unpredictable work by building playbooks based on contextualized workflow documentation.
Bados also showcased the next evolution of Nexthink Spark, the world’s best personal IT agent, which features both adaptive and incident learning to continually improve the resolution rate and speed, as well as the ability to conduct fleet-wide proactive remediations.
“The future workplace will see intelligent tools that can understand context, investigate and resolve issues autonomously, and provide tailored, timely recommendations, while ensuring that a human is in the loop and in charge at all times,” added Bados. “Building those types of process can seem like a daunting challenge, but with the right visibility and automation capabilities, IT teams can deliver experiences so smooth that they become invisible. That’s the world I want to see and that’s the world that Nexthink is delivering to our customers.”
