Nexthink Completes SOC 2 Type I Certification Report
BOSTON / LAUSANNE – October 20, 2021 – Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management software, today announced it has successfully completed the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2, Type 1 report. Conducted by Ernst & Young Ltd, the audit confirms that Nexthink’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet the SOC 2 standards for security and availability.
The move to hybrid and remote working means that companies will increasingly need support to perform activities that are core to their business operations and strategy in this new world of work. With that support it is of the utmost importance that the highest level of trust and transparency can be found in their cloud service providers’ operations, processes, and results.
