BOSTON / LAUSANNE — August 27th, 2026 - Nexthink, the leading provider of digital employee experience (DEX) solutions, today announces that it has received Intel vPro® Certified App status for Nexthink Infinity Platform.

This certification verifies that Nexthink Infinity meets the target performance and efficiency standards for Intel vPro platforms, including enhanced user experience, improved battery life, and increased system responsiveness. This means that businesses can continue running critical background applications while ensuring that users still experience optimal device performance and longer battery life in real-world use. As a result, the workload for IT teams is reduced, costs are lowered, and businesses unlock greater employee productivity.

“Modern devices are like swans,” said Nicolo Raffaele, Head of Ecosystem Partnerships, Nexthink. “They might seem calm on the surface, but under the hood dozens of applications are constantly at work. AI agents are rapidly becoming another essential layer, joining configuration tools, observability platforms, and other background services that keep employees productive. If these aren’t properly optimized, they create unnecessary CPU load, reducing battery life and degrading the user experience.”

By achieving Intel vPro certification, Nexthink is strengthening its work with Intel to help ensure that platform performance – and underlying software - evolve together to meet modern enterprise IT needs. Nexthink Infinity Platform exceeded the requirements for Intel vPro® certification, operating at less than .3% CPU utilization. 95% of activity is short, infrequent and in the background, resulting in less than ten minutes of battery impact over the course of a typical workday.

This continues the companies’ work to enhance the experience for users worldwide. This includes collaboration on Intel DeviceIQ, which provides deep, real-time insight into how devices are behaving. By combining low-level system and platform telemetry with on-device AI models, DeviceIQ offers insights into current conditions and future performance for real user workloads.

“This certification is another step toward delivering the digital experience every employee deserves,” added Raffaele. “By combining Nexthink Infinity with the Intel vPro platform, our customers can turn rich endpoint data into proactive, cost-saving actions that keep every device performing at its best, enabling employees to get the most from today's AI-enabled workplace.”

“Great employee experiences start with a strong foundation of hardware and software. That's why we're pleased to welcome Nexthink to the Intel vPro Certified Apps program, which recognizes applications that meet rigorous requirements for platform optimization, including power efficiency and performance. By helping organizations identify solutions designed to enhance device experiences and optimize resource utilization, the program supports both end-user productivity and IT outcomes. Together with ongoing initiatives like Intel DeviceIQ, we look forward to helping customers gain deeper insights across the modern workplace,” said Carla Rodríguez, Vice President and General Manager, Client Software Enabling at Intel.
