Nexthink Awarded 5-Star Rating in CRN’s 2015 Partner Program Guide
Annual guide recognizes the best channel partner programs in the market
April 8, 2015 – Lausanne – Nexthink®, the unique provider of End-user IT Analytics, today announced it has been awarded a 5-star rating in Channel Company’s CRN 2015 Partner Program Guide. This annual directory is the definitive listing of technology vendors that service solution providers or provide products through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
Partners are essential to Nexthink’s success in the emerging segment ITOA (IT Operations Analytics) called End-user IT Analytics. Since launching the Nexthink Global Partner Program, Nexthink has received the 5-Star rating for two consecutive years. This program demonstrates Nexthink’s commitment to its partners. The program enables partners to differentiate their offerings and services by extending Nexthink’s platform and leveraging End-user IT Analytics to become a trusted advisor.
To determine the 2015 5-Star recipients, The Channel Company’s Research team assessed each vendor’s application based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
“Solution providers have a lot of choices when it comes to selecting vendor partners. Identifying the right vendor, with the right technologies, and the right approach can make all the difference,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “Our annual Partner Program Guide and 5-Star rating recognizes the best channel programs available in the market today to help solution providers determine which vendors deliver the best partner elements for their individual business goals.”
“Nexthink is experiencing strong growth in partner adoption from resellers, system integrators and MSPs,” said Mike Oleksinski, Americas Channel Director at Nexthink. “Leveraging Nexthink’s End-user IT Analytics, partners can use an outside-in approach, from the end-user perspective, to help IT be more proactive, provide better service quality and identify new services to help grow the business.”
Nexthink recently hosted its flagship partner and customer event Analytics’15 in Geneva. Six (6) partners were recognized during the ITOA Innovation Awards ceremony. The event brought together over 400 attendees, including ITOA thought leaders, from around the world to share how analytics is transforming IT operations, security and governance.
The 2015 Partner Program Guide will be featured in the April issue of CRN, and online at www.CRN.com.
