Unisys Named Analytics’15 ITOA Innovation Award Winner and promoted to Platinum Partner
Unisys is recognised for innovation in Digital Transformation projects
Lausanne, Switzerland – Nexthink®, the unique provider of real-time End-user IT Analytics, today announced that Unisys has become a Platinum partner and has received an IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) Innovation Award at Analytics’15, Nexthink’s annual partner and customer event held in Geneva.
The Platinum partnership is awarded to organisations that make a significant investment in Nexthink through a combination of revenue achievement, installer certification, joint planning and extensive training capabilities.
The ITOA Innovation Awards allow Nexthink to recognise the most innovative use of End-user IT Analytics. Winners were selected for innovative work in the areas of Security, ITSM, Transformation, IT Governance, MSP and Big Data.
Unisys won Nexthink’s ITOA Innovation Award for Transformation for its Workspace as a Service (WaaS) solution. WaaS is built on the centralisation of components of the desktop to the data centre so they can be orchestrated to meet specific organisational and end-user requirements.
The components of WaaS can define the IT requirements for business roles and design the corresponding virtualisation strategy. The solution also supports the infrastructure build, migration of end-users and packaging of applications, or entire desktops, for delivery to multiple devices. WaaS can then manage the entire transformed environment, from the network, through to end-user support. The solution provides:
- Secure, any-device access to corporate systems enables dramatic gains in workforce productivity and mobility;
- Centralisation of end-user computing reduces cost and complexity, and simplifies security and compliance;
- Workspace and application virtualisation improves availability and accelerates the delivery of new services.
“We are honored to welcome Unisys as a Platinum Partner and look forward to their continued success in growing their business with real-time End-user IT Analytics,” said François D’Haegeleer, Nexthink. “We are very pleased to see how Unisys is delivering innovative user-centric solutions that help our customers carry out complex transformation projects faster with much lower risks and cost, while ensuring maximum End-User Computing productivity.”
The ITOA Innovation Awards ceremony was held on January 13th at Analytics’15 in Geneva with over 400 registered attendees. Analytics’15 is Nexthink’s annual flagship event that brings together the most advanced community of End-user IT Analytics thought leaders from around the world.
