I also want to thank Gartner for the rigorous work behind this research and congratulate the other companies and vendors recognized as a Leader in this space. Together, we feel we are transforming the digital workplace and helping millions of employees reach their full potential with technology.
At Nexthink, the ingredients have always been the same: bold bets, the best products, and an obsession with customer success. It is a philosophy that goes back to our origins as a spin-off of the AI Lab at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, and it is what has shaped the last twelve months at Nexthink.
AI Drive became the tool of choice for enterprises monitoring and driving AI adoption, reaching more than 500 large enterprises in less than nine months. And earlier this year, we released Spark, the first personal IT agent for every employee: fully context-aware and able to remediate digital friction and IT tickets at the source. Two bets, both grounded in the same belief: that the future of IT is not more dashboards and scripts. It is autonomy and action.
We are entering an era where the enterprise will be run, in part, by agents. Agents that resolve issues, orchestrate work, and act on behalf of employees. None of that is possible without a deep, real-time understanding of the digital journey itself: what is working, what is broken, and what each employee actually needs. DEX is becoming the context layer for the agentic IT operating model. That is the shift we are building for, and it is the shift our customers are leading with us.
And the bigger opportunity in front of us is not simply to automate IT. It is to elevate the people IT serves, to remove the repetitive, eliminate the friction, and give millions of employees back the time and energy to do their best work. That is the mission. And I have never been more convinced that we are on the right side of it.
