This week, however, Nexthink is extremely proud to celebrate that we’ve once again been named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Tools. It’s a distinction we don’t take for granted—and one we’re honored to have maintained.
While recognition like this always prompts satisfaction, it also reinforces a fundamental truth: leadership isn’t something any vendor achieves alone. It’s earned every day, in partnership with our customers—frequently the real champions and innovators. Nexthink’s have consistently challenged us, collaborated with us, and trusted us to help lead their transformations. They deserve our deepest gratitude.
The new recognition also follows one of the most dynamic years in the history of this space. With the rise of AI systems, DEX continues to evolve rapidly—emerging as a foundational data platform for LLMs operating in end-user computing environments. And with that evolution, customer expectations continue to rise. New competitors are meanwhile entering the space all the time. This is something we welcome: it’s the sign of a healthy, growing category—one we’re very proud to continue to lead.
Our approach to leadership has always prioritized constant innovation over maintaining the status quo. Through new products like Adopt and Nexthink Assist 2.0, we’ve stayed true to our mission: making technology work better for people.
