“Maintaining security without sacrificing the latest product innovations is possible, but it requires commitment to product excellence and internal team collaboration,” said Vedant Sampath, CTO of Nexthink. “While this might not always be an easy feat, the payoff is in the details of what Nexthink’s product can do for customers — identifying and solving for technical issues before they impact employees, customers, or cause domino effect issues with deeper technology impact. Congratulations to the team for achieving these ISO re-certifications.”
Nexthink continues to lead the market on Digital Employee Experience (DEX) innovation and prioritize security excellence – most recently the company launched Nexthink Assist which democratizes digital workplace observability by using Large Language Models (LLM) with its core technology and pre-trained “natural language to query” AI generative model to make IT investigations even easier to use with conversational, layman terms.
