Nexthink continues commitment to data protection and security with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification
Lausanne / Boston — September 12, 2024: Nexthink, the leading provider of digital employee experience (DEX) solutions, today announced that it attained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for both Nexthink digital employee experience management SaaS solution and Nexthink v6 (on-premise digital employee experience management solution), as well as surveillance audit certifications for ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 27701.
EY CertifyPoint was the independent auditor for these ISO certifications, that are widely recognized as the international set of standards detailing best practices for information security and privacy management.
- ISO 27001 is a security framework standard that sets a way to continuously improve Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- ISO 27017 is a set of security controls for services delivered in the cloud.
- ISO 27018 is a set of privacy controls for services delivered in the cloud.
- ISO 27701 is the international standard that provides guidance for organisations on how to implement and manage a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS).
