Nexthink Earns a 2022 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius
BOSTON / LAUSANNE — October 5, 2022 – Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management, today announced that TrustRadius, the most trusted research and review platform, has recognized Nexthink with a 2022 Tech Cares Award. This third-annual award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide impactful corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for their employees and surrounding communities.

To be accepted for the TrustRadius Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization had to be a B2B technology company that demonstrated impactful CSR initiatives in one of the following categories; volunteerism, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, charitable donations and fundraising, support for in-office and remote employees, or environmental sustainability initiatives. Everyone was welcome to nominate an organization for this award, including those who work for or with the company. All nominations were thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team, and supporting proof was provided by the nominated.
Nexthink’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, includes dedicated environmental initiatives and company-wide opportunities for employees to give back to the communities they are a part of. Through the company’s volunteering program, Nexthink is able to offer three paid days to all its employees to support social and environmental causes close to their heart. Inspired by its 900+ employees living in 21+ countries speaking 60+ languages, Nexthink is also working to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging by partnering with local organizations dedicated to promoting coding skills among young girls, immigrant groups and POC communities. Additionally, the company recently received a silver medal by EcoVadis for its CSR practices, placing the company in the top 25% of all companies and top 8% of the software industry vertical for sustainable practices.
