Nexthink Experience is the world's largest Digital Employee Experience (DEX) summit, bringing together Nexthink customers, IT leaders, DEX practitioners, product experts, industry partners, and analysts to share strategies, proof points, and the future direction of the digital workplace.
Through keynotes, customer-led sessions, DEXOps certification and training, and dedicated networking, attendees leave with practical frameworks, peer insights, and career-defining credentials they can apply immediately, from eliminating IT friction and scaling AI to communicating DEX value at the executive level.
Nexthink Experience 2026 takes place October 5-7 at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida. October 5 offers pre-conference training and certification for future DEXOps leaders (separate ticket required), plus an opening reception for all General Admission ticket holders starting at 5:00 PM. October 6 and 7 are the main conference days, featuring keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, live demos, and thought-leadership conversations.
We look forward to welcoming the global digital employee experience (DEX) community to the largest DEX event of the year.

Yes, Experience 2026 will have a dedicated pre-conference DEXOps training day full of expert-led, hands-on learning designed for enterprise IT professionals. Across three specialist tracks, you will be able to build the practical skills and frameworks to transform the way your organization delivers digital employee experience and take the first step toward being in the first cohort of certified DEXOps professionals. Learn more about DEXOps training
A General Admission ticket is required to select a training ticket. After selecting your General Admission ticket, you will be able to select your training session tickets.
If you are new to DEXOps, we recommend starting with the DEXOps Core track that establishes the foundations and is open to all roles. If you already have some DEXOps experience, you can go straight to the Strategist track if you are a business leader, or the Technologist track if you are responsible for implementing and operating DEX tools and systems. You can also attend two tracks in a single day by combining a morning and an afternoon session.
Not formally. The Strategist and Technologist tracks are designed for professionals who already have some familiarity with DEXOps concepts, whether through prior engagement with their Nexthink CSM or completion of the DEXOps instructor-led training course. If you are new to DEXOps, we strongly recommend attending Core first. It provides the shared language and framework that the advanced tracks build upon.
Both are advanced tracks, but they are designed for different roles and focus areas. The Strategist track is aimed at business and people leaders and is covering how to build the business case for DEXOps, design a measurement strategy, lead change at scale, and develop an actionable roadmap for DEX transformation. The Technologist track is designed for technical professionals and is going deep on real-world use cases, tooling, and processes of DEX operations.
Training is delivered by Nexthink subject-matter experts and experienced DEXOps practitioners who have done it themselves. You will learn directly from people who have built, scaled, and operated DEXOps functions in large enterprise environments and bring real-world insight to every session.
Depending on the track you attend, you can earn one of three DEXOps certifications by Nexthink — the first of their kind in the industry! DEXOps core leads to the Certified DEXOps Associate. The Strategist track leads to the Certified DEXOps Strategy Professional. The Technologist track leads to the Certified DEXOps Practitioner. All certifications are valid for two years from the date of issue.
Completing the in-person training session is the first step. After Experience 2026, you will receive an invitation to complete your certification, which requires finishing an online self-paced coursework module and passing the relevant examination. Once you pass, your certification is awarded and yours to keep. Study guides covering all exam topics are distributed at the close of each session to help you prepare.
