You can attend 1 or 2 learning tracks on the day. If you select two tracks, they must be in different sessions (morning and afternoon).
The Core track establishes a shared language and practical framework across roles, covering the DEXOps lifecycle, measurement fundamentals, change management principles, and governance structures relevant to large enterprise environments.
What is the Certification Pathway?
Each track fulfills the in-person training requirement toward DEXOps certification. Upon completion of your in-person training, you will receive an invitation to complete your certification and be among the first to be certified in DEXOps by Nexthink.

Advanced track requirements
Completing the DEXOps Core track leads to the DEXOps Associate Certification. Advanced tracks require completing an additional online coursework module and passing the Certified DEXOps Strategist Professional or Certified DEXOps Technologist Professional examinations.
The DEXOps Maturity Assessment
Complete a short questionnaire about the current state of your Digital Employee Experience Operations and receive bespoke, expert-led advice tailored to your results. Walk away with a clear understanding of your maturity level and a practical plan to move forward with confidence.
