Experience Boston 2025: Shaping the Future of Digital Experience Together

Following the highly successful kick-off in London, Experience 2025 brought the same energy and excitement to Boston.

Even as stormy skies and gusty winds challenged travel, DEX visionaries from across the U.S. and around the world arrived at the Omni Boston Hotel in the historic Seaport District, eager to dive into the latest innovations, share insights, and connect with the vibrant, ever-growing DEX community.

Mainstage Magic

The event kicked off with the highly anticipated Nexthink Featured Keynote with Pedro and Sam, setting the tone for two inspiring days ahead. Together, they unveiled three groundbreaking innovations, including AI Drive – empowering leaders to manage AI usage and compliance, and Spark – the world’s most powerful DEX agent. The excitement around these announcements carried throughout the event, sparking conversations about how these innovations would redefine what’s possible in DEX.

Across the two days, the mainstage continued to deliver, featuring an impressive lineup of speakers from visionary organizations including Eli Lilly, Marsh McLennan, Southwest Airlines, Accenture, and Northrop Grumman. Each shared how they transformed employee experience in unique and measurable ways, offering real-world perspectives on turning DEX strategy into lasting impact.

One standout moment came from Travis Garriss, CDIO at Northrop Grumman, who challenged the audience to rethink how success in IT is defined.

“What does success look like, and how do I measure it? It all starts with listening,” he shared. “For us inside IT, the same thing is true – we’ve got to start with listening.”

His message resonated deeply, serving as a powerful reminder that meaningful progress in DEX begins with understanding: listening to business priorities, aligning to challenges, and embracing the realities of technology to move forward with purpose.

Adding a touch of cosmic inspiration, Neil deGrasse Tyson brought his signature humor and intellect to the stage in a keynote that stood out as one of the crowd favorites. In “From Star Wars to Armageddon to Titanic to The Martian,” Tyson took attendees on an entertaining and enlightening journey through the science Hollywood often gets wrong, and sometimes surprisingly right.

Breakouts That Inspired

There was something for everyone in Boston’s breakout sessions – whether attendees were just starting their DEX journey or looking to take their strategy to the next level.

UPS kicked things off with a powerful product-focused session on their journey with Nexthink Adopt, sharing how the solution has helped them deliver targeted support and drive global application success. The takeaway was clear — in-the-flow guidance at scale is the key to turning adoption challenges into measurable success.

Honeywell dove into their use cases with Nexthink Flow, showcasing the power of automation and precision communication. From workflows that saved $2M in software costs to dynamic, app-targeted messaging that drastically reduced manual campaign volume, attendees saw firsthand how Flow drives efficiency and business continuity at scale.

Other standout sessions included customer stories from Toyota, Travelers, The Campbell’s Company, and the Nexthink Public Sector breakout, each adding unique perspectives and lessons from their own DEX journeys.

Connecting the Community

Boston proved once again that Experience is where innovation is fueled by collaboration and conversation, and where attendees learn from each other at every turn.

The Partner Showcase was a standout feature, with the space buzzing and sunlight glimmering over the booths as the storm passed. Partners shared their latest insights, innovations, and solutions, while attendees explored the demo booths, gaining hands-on experience and expert guidance to accelerate their DEX journeys.

Another exciting addition this year was the Leadership Forum – its first-ever appearance at Experience – and it was an incredible success. This exclusive session brought together senior IT and business leaders to foster meaningful dialogue and share new perspectives among some of the industry’s most influential voices.
