We are thrilled to share the latest updates and enhancements to Employee Engagement! At Nexthink, we continue to invest, innovate, and lead the way in facilitating two-way communication between IT and employees, powering self-help and direct communication for any of IT’s pressing needs. In this blog post, we’ll dive into five exciting new features and improvements that foster better communication, drive effective campaigns and engagement, and enhance employee satisfaction overall. Let’s go!
Rich Text Editor: Engaging Content Creation Made Easy
We understand the importance of captivating content to increase engagement and response rates for your campaigns. With our new rich text editor, creating attractive and impactful content has never been easier. The enhanced editor offers a range of formatting options, including font size selection (small, medium, large), bold, italics, underline, bullet points, line breaks, and hyperlinks. This comprehensive set of tools enables you to structure your messages effectively, highlight key points, and deliver engaging content that resonates with your employees. The rich text editor is now available at the question level for all question types, ensuring you have the flexibility to create captivating campaigns tailored to your specific needs.
Investigate Responses and CSV Exports: Unlock Insights with Flexibility
We believe in providing you with the tools and flexibility to analyze campaign responses effectively. That’s why we have introduced the “Investigate” button, replacing the previous “Export” button, on the Campaign results dashboard. This enhancement allows you to delve deeper into campaign responses and gain valuable insights. By clicking the “Investigate” button, you will be redirected to the Investigations view, where the query is pre-filled and all responses are listed, not only answers.
What sets this feature apart is the ability to customize your query according to your unique requirements. You can add filters such as first targeted, first displayed, and the number of answered questions. Additionally, you can remove specific columns for a more streamlined view. To take your analysis further or for seamless integration with other systems, you can export the query results to CSV directly from the Investigation view.
Multilingual Campaigns: Bridge Language Barriers
In our globalized world, effective communication with employees in their local language is essential for maximizing campaign effectiveness. To address this need, we have enhanced the multilingual capabilities of Employee Engagement. You can now define additional translation languages for each campaign, allowing you to effectively communicate with your international and diverse workforce.
Within the web editor, translating questions and answers has never been easier. Campaigns will be shown in the operating system (OS) language when available, and you can define a fallback default language. Importantly, the language in which the campaign was displayed is available through NQL, providing you with valuable additional insights into your campaign reach and impact.
Send Campaigns via API: Seamlessly Extend Your Reach
To enable you to reach employees through third-party systems and facilitate efficient data collection and analysis, we are excited to introduce the ability to send campaigns via API. With the new “API” trigger type for campaigns, you can effortlessly connect with employees from external systems, such as ITSM tools.
Setting up API credentials is a simple process, enabling seamless campaign triggering. You can collect and analyze responses within Nexthink and integrate campaigns into your automation workflows in the future. Additionally, you can set response expiration, ensuring campaigns are no longer displayed after a specified duration.
Install Campaigns from Library: Accelerate Time-to-Value (Coming Soon)
We’re thrilled to announce that soon you’ll be able to install campaigns directly from our in-product library. This exciting enhancement will empower users with Manage Campaigns permissions to quickly implement high-quality, pre-built content. Of course, you can customize the campaign text before launching it, ensuring the campaign is tailored perfectly to your needs. The first wave of content will be focused on Remote Action campaigns, with more campaign types thereafter.
These recent enhancements to Employee Engagement underscore our commitment to empower our customers with effective communication tools and self-help capabilities that take IT to the next level. With the rich text editor, flexible response investigation and export options, enhanced multilingual campaign content, API integration, and upcoming in-product library campaigns, we hope to innovate and lead the way in delivering exceptional employee engagement features. Stay tuned for more!
