DEX Maturity Assessment

This self-assessment covers five pillars of DEXOps transformation: People, Process, Technology, Communication, and Value. For each pillar, you'll score two observations from 0–4.

It takes about 10 minutes. At the end, you'll get your maturity level and a pillar breakdown downloadable as a PDF.

This assessment is your starting point for the DEXOps training at Experience'26 as well as discussions with your team and peers at the event.
