DSP Adds Nexthink Integration for Matrix42
Matrix42 Integration with End-user IT Analytics improves and optimizes Incident Management
5th March, 2014 – Lausanne – Nexthink®, the unique provider of End-user IT Analytics, announced today that DSP IT Service GmbH, a certified Nexthink Gold partner based in Bad Homburg, Germany, has created a new Nexthink integration module for Matrix42 Workplace Management. Leveraging Nexthink’s new Integration Toolkit, the integration will help IT departments maximize the value of their Matrix42 implementations by improving Incident Management.
The integration of Nexthink Matrix42 Workplace Management provides real-time analytics covering end-user activity, endpoint performance and IT service issues, from within the Matrix42 console. Nexthink analytics helps Service Desk workers provide proactive end-user support, streamlines application and patch delivery, and enables error-free workplace transformation and virtualization projects. The access to real-time analytics will enable Service Desk workers to easily categorize an incident and either assign it to the relevant role/department or immediately resolve it, to improve the quality of service for incident, problem and change management.
DSP IT Services GmbH will showcase the integration at this years’ Cebit from 10th-4th March at booth E18 in hall 3, daily 10am and 4pm in the Matrix42 cinema during a 15-minute demo.
